Mahavitaran Director Age Limit

Candidates age should between minimum 45 years to maximum 60 years as on last date of submission of application to apply for this post.

MSEB Holding Company Ltd Educational Qualification

• Candidate should have completed graduation in Engineering or relevant discipline to apply for this recruitment.
• Applicant who completed MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed Management School will be preferred for this post.

Experience Required for MAHADISCOM Director Recruitment 2021

• Candidate should have minimum 20 years of work experience in related field
• Amount this 20-year candidate should be worked in Chief Engineer level for 5 years and worked of one year for the one position below level at State Electricity Board or Board of Directors in Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) in power sector.
• Or candidate should work as executive in Private sector with Rs. 500 Crores turnover per year.
• Applicant should work as executive at the Board level or Non-Board level position reporting directly to the Board.
• Candidates who already worked as post of Functional/Whole-time Director for a maximum 2 not eligible to apply.
• Applicant should have effective communication, analytical &problem-solving skills, good employee management skills and effective leadership qualities.

MSETCL Director Contract Period

Selected candidate will be appointed for the period of 3 years. Based on the performance of the candidate the contract period gets extended for each year.

MAHADISCOM Director Selection Process

Applicants who are working in Central / State Government and in Central / State PSUs possessing desired qualification & experience will be called for interview. selection is Cleary on deputation basis.

MAHADISCOM Salary

The salary for the above-mentioned post is largely comparable to that offered by similar sized PSUs and the salary is negotiable. In case of candidates on deputation from Govt. / PSUs, the remuneration will be in accordance with the normal rules of deputation applicable.
