Madras High Court Job Age Limit:

The age of the candidates should below the age limit of 30 years as on 01.07.2021. In other words, the applicants should not have attained the age of 30 years to apply for this recruitment.

Madras High Court Law Clerk Educational Qualification:

Candidate should be a Graduate in Law (under 10+2+3+3 or 10+2+5 pattern) to eligible for this recruitment. At the same time, the candidates who have obtained his/her Law Degree during the academic years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 are only eligible to apply.

Madras High Court Job Salary:

The applicants who will be selected as Law Clerk will be paid a consolidated amount of Rs.30,000/- per month as Honorarium for their assignment.

Madras High Court Recruitment Process 2021:

• The eligible candidates will be subjected to the Viva Voce. The applicants have to appear for viva voce test at Chennai on the mentioned date. The date and other details will be informed by the board soon.
• The selected candidates will be posted either in the Principal Seat at Madras or at Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court, Madurai.  Law Clerks will get the appointment for a period of one year from the date of their taking up their assignment, which may be extended for a further period of not exceeding one more year
