• They have to set up and configure Senior Engineer – Cloud Services and Software SCM modules like Sales / Purchase / Procurement / Trade & Logistics & Inventory Management in D365 F&O product
• They are responsible for the implementation and managing of SCM modules like Sales / Purchase / Procurement / Trade & Logistics & Inventory Management in D365 F&O product
• Investigates problems to establish real or hidden causes is also their duty.
• They are expected to drive Fit-Gap analysis & Conference Room Pilot (CRP)
• They are good to collaborate with business user(s) to understand problem statement and providing / implementing best suitable solution
• SLA based ticket/incident resolution in Level 2 and Level 3 of application support
• Identifying opportunities to improve the solution tightening the interfaces and enhancing the Dynamics 365 F&O features and others are their responsibilities.
