Drive HR Initiative for the aligned location geography / BU, Partner with the business managers / employees in implementing HR processes and initiatives, Drive Employee engagement / communication / connect initiatives, Address employee grievances, Attrition control/Retention measures.

• Work in alignment to LTI beliefs and values
• Responsible for leading the professional area; bringing the evidence-based practice into the organization and addressing the people challenges for their area of expertise

In depth understanding of HR Processes and HR Function

Senior Executive

Induction of new recruits to assigned BU/PU, Addressing queries of new recruits, Drive Org level HR Initiatives as applicable to the business unit, Ensuring proper implementation of HR policies and processes to minimize deviations, Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, Ensure proper documentation for all the activities performed in respective business unit, Timely completion of entries/requests in HRIS from stakeholders, Coordinating with legal team for appropriate disciplinary action, Maintain reports and trackers as per assigned initiatives

Responsibilities

• Executing the employee communication plan and connect calendar for respective business unit
• Preparing MOMs/trackers and track the actionables
• Support in organizing townhalls at a predefined frequency
• Managing stakeholders
• Preparing/documentation for internal process audits
• Perform other related duties as and when assigned
