L&T Recruitment 2021 Eligibility:
The candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Online, Exchange Online protection, mail routing, on-premise Exchange/Office 365 coexistence, Skype for Business Online and Office 365 user administration, and 5 years of experience with Exchange and Skype for Business sizing, installation, configuration, deployment, and systems management.
Specific Skills:
- Exchange – great l3 skills and proficiency
- To upgrade the domain controllers and Active Directory to Windows 2019.
- By upgrading Exchange from /2016 to 2019, you can design and implement a hybrid configuration.
- Assist Microsoft in enabling Intune and SCCM services.
- Migration skills are required for users, user mailboxes, file shares, and workstations, among other things.
- All Prod level designs should be cascaded to the Pre-Prod environment.
- Provide any infrastructure support to Microsoft and the customer, such as network configuration adjustments and the creation of a pre-production environment, to make the migration easier.
- I’m in charge of ITIL Process Management, among other things.
