LIC Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Candidate age limit should be between 45 years to 57 years as on 01.09.2021 is mandatory to apply for LIC Recruitment 2021.
Education Qualification
Candidate should have a degree in Chartered Accountant and preferable will be given for FRM Certification and/or CFA/MBA(F) is needed.
Required Experience
Candidate should have Fifteen years post qualification work experience in overseeing financial operations, preferably accounting and taxation matters, in banks/large corporate/PSUs/FIs/Financial Services Organizations, of which 10 years should be in Banks/FIs (of which five years should be at senior management level). Preference would be given for those with experience of working in Insurance Sector.
LIC Careers 2021 Salary Details
Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary of Rs. 75.00 lakhs (Negotiable) per annum from the respective board. Annual increment is up to 10% of previous year’s fixed gross remuneration subject to completion of performance yardsticks.
