LIC HFL Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- (MBAs in Marketing/Finance and/or candidates having 2 or 3 years experience in related field may be given preference.)

LIC HFL Direct Marketing Executive Recruitment Age Limit:
Candidate’s age should not be less than 21 years or more than 35 years.
Job Location: Chennai. Preference will be given to candidate’s hometown.
LIC HFL DME Salary:
- Remuneration upto Rs. 20, 000/- PM for the first 3 years of appointment subject to meeting minimum business performance PLUS Attractive additional incentive on fulfillment of business targets
- During the initial period, up to 3 years from the date of appointment, DMEs will be paid monthly stipend as per following:
- Metro Centers: Rs. 20,000/-
- In addition to above, DMEs will be incentivized by way of business commission on monthly business (disbursements) procured by them.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Procuring New Business from leads provided to him and his own sales activity.
- Following up with Online Loan Applications. Completing the documentation work for processing the proposal and getting all requirements
- Attending & providing professional financial advice to direct customers and providing services to them.
- Canvassing LICHFL’s Loan Products
- Customer relationship management – Providing after sales service
- Portfolio Monitoring
- Any other jobs as specified from time to time.
