LIC Recruitment 2021 Qualification
- To apply for LIC Recruitment 2021, candidates must be between the ages of 45 and 57 as of last date is mandatory. A Chartered Accountant degree is required, and preference will be given to those with FRM Certification and/or CFA/MBA(F).
- Candidate must have fifteen years of post-qualification work experience in financial operations management, especially accounting and taxes, in banks/large corporations/PSUs/FIs/Financial Services Organizations, with ten years in banks/FIs (of which five years should be at senior management level). Those with prior experience working in the insurance industry will be given preference.

LIC Salary Details
- The appropriate board would pay shortlisted individuals a salary of Rs. 75.00 lakhs (Negotiable) per annum. Annual increases are up to 10% of the preceding year’s fixed gross salary, subject to the achievement of performance goals. Shortlisting, interaction, interviewing by various levels of committees, and ultimate selection are all part of the process.
