Lamborghini Key Responsibilities:

IT Process Management:

• Demand Management: manage relations with business partners and support them in collect and prioritize business needs and translate business requirements in IT requirements; guarantee the appropriate involvement of business process owners and key users in all on-going projects and activities
• Portfolio Management: ensure a consistent project portfolio definition for his /her area of competence taking in consideration business priority and matching with available resources and budget restrictions; manage process change requests in terms of prioritization and planning.
• Project Management: organize and implement projects starting from the business requirement collection up to the solution deployment in the IT perimeter. Manage interaction with business and external consultants; monitor ongoing issues, time and costs during implementation phases.
• Business & Process Analysis: collaborate in the high-level solution design, in order to evaluate the coherence between delivered solution and original business requirements and to perform the most appropriate trade off analysis between requirements coverage and implementation costs; ensure the appropriate documentation of business processes and related IT solution.
• Service Management: coordinate the support to end users in daily operations for the service of responsibility in terms of:
• Service definition
• Transition & Service Start up
• Service monitoring and cost control

ADAS Developer:

• Projects contents analysis (vehicle functions and characteristics) and support to the definition of the vehicle electronics platform (type of devices to be developed, feasibility, etc.);
• Development of ADAS devices and systems by following technical rules and guidelines according to the electronic architecture
• Integration of ADAS systems/functions with Body Electronics and HMI components
• Definition of proper tech solutions on both timing and investements bases, working together with engineers in charge for testing, body&white and packaging/construction;
• Ensures in-car applications development, through the Group systems adaptation to Lamborghini car specs.
• Validation of ADAS functions, including test drives, eventually as driver as well
• Support production line and after sales departments for ECU’s upgrades
• Life cycle management of the ADAS components, including further HW and SW modifications and integrating also innovative technologies.
• Project Management as specialist who steers and tracks tasks, organizing and creating reports and presentations, monitoring issues, timing and budget, ensuring compliance and consistency of processes
• Definition of the cooperation model between Lamborghini and other VW/AU group members for competent issues about processes and carry overs modules;
• Management of design/customization processes and communication to suppliers;
• Management of external engineering partners, including documents and processes to support tenders
• Attendance to Simultaneous Engineering Team as assigned member for ADAS topics, at Lamborghini and/or any brand/location within the VW/AU group if requested by the project
• Availability to long and/or frequent business trips

Junior Buyer Automotive:

• Developing ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement
• Negotiating contracts, improving prices and terms of business with suppliers
• Reviewing opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods
• The jobholder may take responsibility for a specific project or hold a larger remit in terms of purchasing responsibility.
