KVS Admission Criteria for Class 1 Changed: Delhi High Court Made this Change!!! For the admission for class 1 in Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) School, students must have attended 6 years. A petition filed against in KA class 2 age limit in Delhi High Courses. The petition has been filed by Social Jurist on behalf of the father of a child aged 5 years, 9 months, and 28 days. KV has set the minimum age requirement of 6 years, which according to the petitioner is volatile of the Right to Education Act 2009.
