·        The candidate would manage MF products & Non MF Products for Kotak Branch Banking and other supporting channels

·        The candidate would carry out Mutual Fund Process development/enhancement/changes as and when required

·        Monitoring RM’s Business Productivity, Process and Compliance adherence

·        To actively interact with product manufacturers to understand attractive investment opportunities, trends in the market to become an early mover.

·        To arrange training programs for Branch Banking channel on a regular basis Working with Business Analytics team to explore new opportunities for business growth Supporting Investment Specialists with inputs regarding Products, Markets, Strategic Initiatives, MIS, Operational aspects etc.

·        Initiating and implementing right Marketing Campaigns targeting existing and prospective customers for deeper penetration and strengthening business relationship.

·        Implementing time bound Campaigns to generate alpha in Mutual Fund business

·        To create Presentations/MIS for Senior Management reviews

·        Updated on Equity/Debt Market & current Economy

·        Regulatory knowledge on investment products

·        Distribution / Channel management

·        Good communication & presentation skills

·        Good Industry knowledge
