- Team Lead: Managing a team of Service Relationship Managers (SRs) whose job it is to deliver services in the SME and Corporate Banking segment connected to legal documentation.
- Mentoring: Mentoring team members and establishing process standardization within the team.
- Portfolio: Managing a specific portfolio of tasks connected to legal documentation
- Sanction Letter: Issuance of a sanction letter in accordance with the authorized Term Sheet’s terms and conditions.
- Security documentation: Issuing security documents in accordance with the provisions of the punishment
- Verification: Verification of constitutional documents (MOAs, Partnership Deeds, and so on), authorizations (BRs, Partnership Letters, and so on) for obtaining services, creating security, and document execution
- ROC related compliances: Ensure that security charges are registered in the bank’s favour wherever possible.
- Disbursement: Ensure appropriate document execution, compliance with sanction terms and conditions, and receipt of approvals for deferrals in the event of non-submission or discrepant papers prior to loading of limitations, as well as loan disbursement.
- Security Creation / Perfection: Creation of approved security and perfecting the security in collaboration with the client / other banks.
- Client Visits: Visiting clients’ offices to complete paperwork related to disbursement and attending consortium meetings to complete documents. Meeting with clients to comprehend their worries and challenges, as well as negotiating for a resolution.
- Closure of deferrals: Organizing essential documents/approvals for myself and the team to ensure that deferrals are closed within deadlines.
- Liaison: Working with the Relationship Team, Legal, Credit, CPC, and Service Providers, among others, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables by resolving difficulties and answering questions.
- MIS: Maintaining necessary MIS for reporting purposes.
