Kerala 11th Exam Deferred – Supreme Court of India put Stay on Conducting Exam!!! The Supreme Court of India put stay on Kerala Government to conduct Class XI (Plus One) offline examination. Kerala government schedule to conduct 11th examination 06.09.2021 to 27.09.2021. But due to sudden raise of covid cases in Kerala, Supreme Court of India put a stay on the conduct of Kerala 11th standard examination.

Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala released revised 11th standard time table on 02.09.2021. But the covid cases are peak in kerala.  Conducting physical exam in this period will be a huge risk. Advocate Padmanabhan said over 3 lakh students going to take kerala plus one examination.

Because of this stay Kerala +1 examination has been deferred now. In today’s hearing Kerala government cancelled +1 examination and the final decision will be taken on 13.09.2021. Justice Khanwilkar said that “There is alarming situation in Kerala. It accounts for more than 70% cases of the country with around 35K daily cases. Children of tender age can’ be exposed to risk,”

This time kerala +1 offline exam will not be conducted. The revised exam date will be announced after Supreme Court’s decision. In most of the states in India conducting classes for academic year 2021-22 but kerala government haven’t conducted the final exam for academic year 2020-21. So, there is a possibility for cancelling the Kerala +1 exam.
