Karnataka Law Exam 2020 | KSLU Exam News Today. Students of Karnataka Law University have been campaigning for their exams to be conducted online.
There are 106 law schools in Karnataka functioning under the Law University. Consultations are underway to conduct the major exams online, which will be held in all states this year. However, in a few states it has been announced that major elections will be held offline.
Latest Govt Syllabus 2020 – 21
Law college students in the state of Karnataka were involved in a struggle in the Maurya circle claiming that their exams should be based on 50-50 marks only online. 50-50 is the calculation of marks based on last semester examination marks and Internal Exam marks. They also said that students would be infected with the virus due to the offline exam conducted by the university.
Eeswara Pat, Vice Chancellor, Karnataka State Law University, said, “Many of the university’s students are from rural areas and are unable to access the internet. So it is definitely not an online exam. A further 80-90% of students have opted for the offline exam. He further said that no internal assessment examinations were conducted for the final year students.
