Karnataka CET Notification 2019
Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released Notification for Common Entrance Test-2019 Admission to Engineering, Architecture, Farm Science courses, B.Pharma etc Professional Courses. Applications are invited from eligible candidates. Candidates can apply Online from 01-02-2019 (11.00 am) to 28-02-2019 up to 5.30 pm. Online Application will be opened again from 05.03.2019 to 20.03.2019. Candidates who have paid the fees can edit/correct their applications from 21.03.2019 (after 05.30 pm) to 25.03.2019 upto (05.30 pm).

Academic Eligibility for various Professional Courses:

Architecture course (B.Arch):
Candidates should have Passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std / Equivalent Exam with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and also 50% marks in aggregate at 2nd PUC / 12th Std / Equivalent Exam in all the subjects. (45% for SC, ST, Cat- 1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates).

Engineering / Technology courses (B.E. / B.Tech):
Candidates should have Passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std / Equivalent Exam with English as one of the Languages and obtained a Minimum of 45% of Marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Bio- Technology / Biology / Electronics / Computer. (40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates)

Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.):
Candidates should have Passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std. and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects. (40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates)

B-Pharma
Candidates should have Passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and obtained a Minimum of 45% of Marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology subjects. (40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates)

Pharma-D
Candidates should have Passed in Passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. OR Passed in Diploma in Pharmacy Examination from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India Under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on Common Entrance Test (CET), Document Verification and Practical Test.
