Manager Eligibility at Kalakshetra
Manager (Craft Education and Research Centre): candidates should have completed B.Com from a recognized University or equivalent and should complete ACA/ICWA (Inter). To apply for the post candidate should have minimum 5 years ‘experience in State or Central Government or Public Dept or PSU and Experience in Management and Marketing. Candidate should have knowledge in central Govt Rules & Regulations.
Foreman (Craft Education and Research Centre): candidates should have completed 10th standard from any recognized board of education. And should have Training in weaving of Silk and Cotton saris and 5 years of work experience in a co-operative weaving society and should able to guide weavers to produce different patterns and designs especially in silk saris.
Semi-Skilled Worker (Craft Education and Research Centre): Educational Qualification to apply for the post is 8th standard. Candidates should have experience in Block Printing and in use of vegetable dyes and knowledge in boiling, dyeing and tailoring
Manager (Besant Arundale Senior Secondary School): Candidates should have completed M.A/M.Sc./M.Com from a recognized University or equivalent and should completed graduation in Education and should have 5 years of work experience in Management of a School.
Accountant, Kalakshetra Foundation: Candidates should have completed B.Com, from a recognized University or equivalent with 4 years of work experience in Accounts writing in any reputed organization and should have working knowledge in computers.
Superintendent in Besant Cultural Centre Hostel: candidate should have completed graduation from recognized university or an institution with 8 years of work experience in Hostel Management having student strength of 250.

Kalakshetra Age Limit
- For the post of Manager (Craft Education and Research Centre), Foreman (Craft Education and Research Centre), Manager (Besant Arundale Senior Secondary School) and Accountant, Kalakshetra Foundation age should not exceed maximum age limit of 35 years.
- For the post of semi-skilled worker (craft education and research centre) candidates age should not exceed 25 years
- Superintendent in Besant cultural centre hostel should between 40 to 50 years
