Senior Engineer:

• Suggestions for VA/VE approaches to reduce product material costs
• Layout design of all sections for chassis systems and layout finalization
• Engage in 3D/2D best practices and concept visualization.
• Creating design manuals
• Validation of parts for fitting and pilot production testing in preparation for mass production of new models.

Sub-Section Head-Warehouse:

• Warehouse Management – Finished goods /Accessories.
• FIFO of FG Vehicle & Accessories management
• Outside Stock Management.
• Equipment Maintenance & Upkeep- Hangers/Lift /PDT/dock leveller
• Ensure 5S/Safety in warehouse

• Advanced surfacing, 3D modeling, and 2D drawing skills in Catia V5 or other CAD application are required.
• DFM, DFA, DFMEA, and GD&T are well-understood.
• In frame design, understanding of the requisite manufacturing process.
• Extensive experience with sheet metal analysis software and a thorough understanding of FEA analysis for chassis system components
• Managing suppliers and internal/external consumers is a skill that you should have.
