Job Growth has Affected youth & women – This is the Reason? Anand Mahindra Says!!  In recent times, especially after the covid epidemic, the number of new jobs have been increasing across the country. In particular, Indian technology companies are providing jobs to lakhs of freshers like never before. However, this job creation is not enough for countries like India with a population of more than 130 crore, said the owner of Tech Mahindra Anand Mahindra.

On this regard he speak at the company’s 76th annual general meeting held last Friday that, using the global factors we need to increase production to create jobs in India on a large scale. In particular, Anand Mahindra has said that job growth has not kept pace with GDP expansion and youths and women have been affected the most. India’s unemployment rate fell to 6.8 percent in July as agricultural activity picked up during the monsoon, according to a report.

Regarding this, Mahindra said that the government is making efforts to create jobs in India. Also, the government has announced that it will create new jobs for one million people by the year 2023. Now we have to increase production to create employment in India, he said.
