JKPSC Job Recruitment 2022 – Salary Up to Rs.1,60,600!!!  The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has released a notification regarding the filling up of 50 vacancies of Assistant Engineers (Civil) in the Jal Shakti Department. JKPSC Qualification:

Candidates should have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant branch of Engineering (Civil Engineering) or AMIE Section (A&B) India in the appropriate branch of Engineering.

JKPSC Age Limit:

• The requirement of age for candidates belonging to Open Merit (OM) & various Reserved Categories.
• For OM Category candidates, the age limit should be 40.
• For RBA/SC/ST/ALC- IB/SOC/EWS/PSP candidates, the age limit should be 43.
• For PHC candidates, the age limit should be 42.
• For In-service candidates/Government candidates, the age limit should be 40.

JKPSC Salary Structure:

Candidates who got selected for Assistant Engineer (Civil) posts in Jal Shakti Department can get a salary under the Level- BA(50700-160600).

JKPSC Selection Criteria:

• The Selection process shall be made through Written Examination, Performance in the interview/Viva Voce test.
• Candidates can be awarded the marks under demonstration/lecture on a given topic, Weightage for Academic Merit Higher Qualifications, Bachelor’s degree, and Post Graduate degree.
• The Distinction in Sports, NCC activities, and Gold Medal for an overall first position will also be considered.

JKPSC Application Fee:

• After the successful submission of the online application form, the candidate will be required to pay the fee online mode.
• For General Category, the fee will be Rs.1000.00
• For Reserved Categories, the fee will be Rs.500.00
• A Fee is exempt for PHC Candidates.

Important Dates:

• The Application Form will be available from 29.12.2022.
• The Last date for filing of online Application along with the requisite fee (online mode only) is 28.01.2023.
• Candidates can edit some of the fields in their online application form from 29.01.2023 (12:00 am) to 31.01.2023 (11:59 pm) (3 days).
• The tentative date of examination is the 4th week of April 2023.

Admit Card for JKPSC Written examination:

• Admit cards for written examination will be available for download about two weeks before the date of examination on the official website.
• Candidate must bring a printout of the Admit Card/Roll Number Slip to the Examination Hall.

• Visit the official website http://www.jkpsc.nic.in.
• Click on the link “One Time Registration” or click on the Login menu if you have already created your profile with the JK PSC.
• Candidates are required to fill all the requisite fields of One Time Registration (OTR) ie. personal information, contact information & educational qualification, service details, etc.
• Upload an image of the date stamped recent passport size color photograph (0kB to 20kB in jpeg or jpg) and signature.
• Click on the ‘Apply’ button.
• Download the application for future use.
