JIPMER Puducherry Skill Test Date 2020 Details
- Rank Letter (The same can be downloaded from JIPMER website i.e. wwwjipmer.edu.in from 11.03.2020 onwards)
- Hall-Ticket with Invigilator Signature.
- Proof of Age (Birth Certificate/Sslc Mark Statement).
- Relevant Educational Qualifications, starting from SSLC onwards.
- Relevant Experience Certificate (if applicable)
- Registration Certificate (if applicable)
- Latest SC/ST/OBC/EWSs Certificate obtained within a period of one year preceding the date of the Certificate/Biometric verification. If he/she belongs to OBC, the community certificate should indicate the status with reference to Creamy Layer as in the format issued by Govt. of India. (Certificates issued by the Competent Authorities, in the format prescribed in the Notice of the Recruitment in support of your claim to belong to OBC/SC/ST/EWSs/Ex-Servicemen / PwDs categories)
- Candidates shortlisted under Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) to the post of Nursing Offrcer and Medical Laboratory Technologist should submit the Income and Asset Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribe format i.e. Annexure-Il as per the advertisement notification.
- No Objection Certificate from the present employer (if applicable)
- If the candidate does not produce any of the above-mentioned documents in original along with self-attested copies of the same, he/she will not be allowed for further process under any circumstances.
11.In case the candidates qualify under Persons with Disability (PwD) category, they have to undergo medical examination before the Medical Board constituted by JIPMER. The decision of JIPMER Medical board will be final with regard to Persons with Disability.
- The candidate will have to bear travelling and other expenses for his/her journey to and from his/her place. No contribution will be paid by this Institute. This Institute does not also make arrangements for lodging and boarding for the candidates.
- The candidature is provisional. He / She must, therefore, ensure that he/she fulfills all the conditions of eligibility laid down in the advertisement. To avoid any disappointment at a later stage, he/she is advised to recheck whether he/she meets all the eligibility criteria laid down as on the crucial date prescribed for the posts. i.e.20.01.2020. If, at any stage, it is found that he/she does not fulfill any of the conditions of eligibility, his/her candidature will be cancelled and not appeal against such cancellation will be entertained.
- No Individual call letter will be sent to the provisionally shortlisted candidates for appearing Certificate/Biometric verification & Skill Test.
