JEE Main 2022:

Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) comprises of two papers. The Paper1 is conducted for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E/B. Tech) as well as an eligibility test for JEE (Advanced). The Paper 2 is conducted for admission to B. Arch and B. Planning courses in the Country.

JEE Main 2022 Age Limit:

There is no age limit for the candidates to apply for the JEE Main Examination. The candidates who have passed the class 12 / equivalent examination in the mentioned year are eligible to apply for this examination.

JEE Main 2022 Educational Qualification:

Candidates with the educational qualification of Class 12 pass or equivalent are eligible to apply for this recruitment. The list of qualifying examinations is provided below.

• Final examination of the 10+2 system
• Intermediate or two-year Pre-University
• Final examination of the two-year course
• Senior Secondary School Examination
• Any Public School/ Board/ University examination in India or any foreign which is equivalent to the 10+2 system
• Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination.
• A Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State
• General Certificate Education at the Advanced (A) level
• High School Certificate Examination of mentioned university / institution.

JEE Main 2022 Exam Details:

The details and outline of the JEE Mains is provided below.

• JEE Main Paper 1 (For B.E. /B. Tech.) will take place in “Computer Based Test (CBT)” mode only.
• Paper 2A (For B. Arch) will contain Mathematics (Part-I) and Aptitude Test (Part-II) in mode of “Computer Based Test (CBT)” mode only and Drawing Test (Part-III) will take place in pen & paper (offline) mode, to be attempted on drawing sheet of A4 size.
• The Paper 2B (For B. Planning) will consists of Mathematics (Part-I), Aptitude Test (Part-II) and Planning Based Questions (Part-III) in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode only.
• The option of language for question paper will be given to the candidates at the time of filling up the Application and it cannot be changed at a later stage.
