JEE Advanced 2021 Postponed Due to COVID-19; New Date announced later: Due to the COVID-19, the IIT entrance exam, JEE Advanced, has been postponed. The new dates have yet to be announced. The JEE Advanced 2021 exam was set to take place on June 3rd. The rescheduled JEE Main attempts are now planned to take place in August-June. Because JEE Advanced takes place after JEE Main, the IIT entrance exam will have to be postponed even longer.
JEE Advanced is only open to those who scored in the top 2.5 lakh in JEE Main. “Due to the current pandemic crisis caused by COVID-19, the JEE (Advanced) 2021 exam, which was scheduled to take place on July 3, 2021 (Saturday), has been postponed. The new examination date will be notified at a later date,” the official announcement stated.
The exam date for JEE Advanced 2021 has been rescheduled. In light of the present epidemic, IIT Kharagpur has officially announced that the exam would be postponed. The new dates will be notified as soon as they are available. The exam was originally set to take place on July 3, 2021. This year’s test is being organised by IIT Kharagpur. The 75 percent cut-off has also been lifted for this year’s exam. Candidates who passed JEE Main 2021 and those who failed JEE Advanced 2020 owing to COVID are eligible to take the exam.
