Educational Qualification
Finance Executive
Candidates should have completed Final Pass in CA/ICWA
Finance Executive Trainee
Candidates should have completed Two years MBA with Finance specialization or equivalent course from institute/universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities with Minimum of 60% aggregate marks for General and OBC candidates and Minimum of 58% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
HR Executive Trainee
Candidates should have completed Two years Post Graduate Degree in HR/Social work with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial relations/HR, MBA with specialization in HR or its equivalent course from institute/universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities.
Chief Manager /CMR/Dy. General Manager/Addl General Manager:
Candidates should have completed BE/B Tech/ ME/M Tech in Electronics/ E&C/CS/Civil/IT/Telecommunication/ Final Pass in CA/ICWA/ MBAHR/MSWHR or its equivalent from a recognized university/ Institute/Post Graduate in Law/Post Graduate Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication/Advertising from a recognized University=
Pay Scale:
Candidates will have a total emoluments from Rs.40230 (Basic + VDA+HRA+CCA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs. 8600-250-14600, plus allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules . [CTC : 8.26 Lakhs/Annum] to total emoluments at Rs.95482/- (Basic+DA+ HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs. 20500- 500-26500, plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules. (Rs.19.66 Lakhs pa) according to their positions.
Age Limit:
HR and Finance Departments Positions
Not more than 28 years relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities, 3 years for OBCs (Non-Creamy Layer) and Ex-service personnel in accordance with the Rules
Management Senior Level Positions
Below 52 years for GM and 50 years for AGM (Upper age limit will be relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates (Non-Creamy layer) and 5 years for SC/ST/ Physically Challenged and Ex. Defence Service personnel in accordance with the Government of India guidelines.

Candidate has to pay an Application fee of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) to be remitted through NEFT/RTGS in favour of ITI Limited.
