57% of IT Workers didn’t Consider Returning to IT Services Sector – Survey information!! 57 percent of IT professionals in India reported that they would not consider returning to the IT services sector in the future, according to the latest ‘Talent Exodus Report’ by technology staffing firm Teamlease Digital. Reasons for this are mentioned as the employee’s preference, salary flexibility, and career growth.

Regarding this, Sunil Chemmankotil, CEO, of Teamlease Digital, said, ‘With the demand for salary hikes and other benefits for employees, there have been major changes in work and life sentiments. At the end of the day, it comes down to whether an employee feels valued in their work or is a person of benefit to others.’
