Most of the employees were leaving their jobs because of instant promotion and increased pay scale.
Indian IT companies have been getting more and more projects in a short period of time as most of the companies have started investing heavily in digital and IT services after the corona infection. The hiring rate is constantly hiring due to increased project numbers. This leads more demand for skills and experienced employees.
Infosys recently announced that their net profit for the March quarter increased by 12% to Rs.5,686 crore. In the same quarter of the previous fiscal, it was Rs.5,076 crore. In the fourth quarter, the company’s revenue from operations increased by 23% to Rs.32,276 crore, up from Rs.26,311 crore a year ago.
TCS and Infosys, India’s leading IT service providers have hired an humongous number of 1.85 lakh freshers in fiscal year 2022 alone. The demand of skilled employees is constantly increased at Indian IT Companies. In Next Quarter, Infosys and TCS both expected to hire 78,000 freshers because of increased attrition rate.
