“IT and Business Process Management Firms Will Intake Nearly 3.75 Employees” Report Says: “Team Lease Digital” the specialized staffing division of Team Lease Services released a report regarding the Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT BPM) industry. As per the report 3.75 lakh new jobs will be created and the industry will reach a headcount of 4.85 million in Financial Year 2022.

This field is one of the growing fields in India. Especially, 13 skills relevant to the IT BPM field expected to be highly demand and to record 7.5% growth in this fiscal over FY21. From the report, contract staffing is expected to reach a headcount of 1.48 lakh employees by March 2022. The report “The acceptance of contract staffing is not restricted to corporate even candidates are opening up to the concept of contract staffing. Unlike before, nearly 10-15% of contractual IT-BPM joiners in FY22 are from full-time employment.”

Head of Specialised staffing, Team Lease Digital, has told that, “The Indian IT-BPM sector is at the cusp of an unprecedented growth. Apart from being the largest private sector employer, the IT-BPM industry is transforming India into a hub for digital skills”. As per the report from this firm, attrition rate for this year is the highest in the history of the IT-BPM industry. As a forecast, the full-time employment attrition is set to reach 24% from 13% last fiscal in FY22 and contract staffing attrition may grow to 49% in FY22 from 40% last fiscal.
However, when the attrition rate goes in peak, the firms of this industry will also intake eligible people.
