IOCL Recruitment 2021 Age Limit:

For the post of Senior Manager (Law), the applicants should born on or after 01st July 1976 in case of they belong to General/ Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) category. If they belongs to other category, then they should born on or before as mentioned date below.

For the post of Sr.Manager/ Manager (Executive), the age of the candidates should below the upper age limit of 40 years to 44 years. This upper age limit will vary with respect to the position they will be selected for.

IOCL Recruitment 2021 Qualification:

Candidates, who are willing to apply for the post of Senior Manager (Law), should possess the educational qualification of Graduate Degree in any discipline with the Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or Equivalent.

The candidates with the qualification of 5 years Integrated LLB Degree can also apply. The board has mentioned the minimum qualification percentage in the degree which range from 55% to 60% with respect to the category of the candidates. Candidates with the qualification of B.Tech./BE /Equivalent in relevant field can apply for the “Sr.Manager/ Manager (Executive)” position.

IOCL Job Salary

The selected candidates will get the salary of Rs.80,000/- to Rs.2,40,000/-. This salary will vary with respect to the post and position they will be selected for.

IOCL Recruitment Application Fee :

To apply for the Senior Manager (Law) post, the candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.1500 in case of they belong to General/ EWS / OBC (NCL). For the SC / ST / PwBD category candidates NIL

For the post of Sr.Manager/ Manager (Executive), the candidates need to pay the fee of Rs,1500/- for the General/ EWS / OBC (NCL) category. For the SC / ST / PwBD category applicants, the application fee will be Rs.750/-

IOCL Recruitment 2021 Selection Process:

The applicants will be subjected to the selection process that consist of Written Test, Group Discussion (GD), Group Task (GT) and Personal Interview (PI) for the post of Senior Manager (Law) and for the post of Sr.Manager/ Manager (Executive), the selection of the candidates will be done through short listing, written test and GD/GT and Personal interview.
