- Applicants should possess cumulative experience/ exposure for at least 5 years during the last 10 years in Business Leadership/ Finance/ Marketing/ Operations/ Project/ Production Management in a large organization of repute.
IOCL Recruitment 2022 Age Limit:
Applicants do not exceed the Minimum age limit of 45 years to Maximum age limit of 2 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation for Internal and 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation for others.
