- Covid-19 test RTPCR negative report taken within 72 hours prior to DV.
- 10th Pass/Matriculation certificate.
- Class XII mark sheet, Final ITI (Fitter) Certificate issued by NCVT or SCVT or Graduation or Diploma Certificate.
- Conversion certificate from CGPA/OGPA/Letter Grade to percentage of marks.
- Certificate mentioning the date of publication of result.
- Skill Certificate for Data Entry Operator.
- Caste Certificate for SC, ST and OBC candidates.
- 2 Passport Size photo.
- Original Photo ID proof along with self-attested photocopy.
- Copy of online Application form & Call letter issued at the time of Written Test.
