Education Qualification:
- Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2 years’ relevant experience, associate’s degree and 4 years’ relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Currently, all employees are working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic, but once our office reopens, this role will require living or relocating to the Gainesville, Florida area.
Required Experience:
- 6-8 years’ experience in system administration, IT support, IT management, database administration, or application administration or using or administering operating systems.
- CCNA or MCP certification or equivalent experience.
Infotech Technical Skills 2021:
- Public Cloud platforms: AWS and Azure.
- Network and VOIP systems: Cisco Switches, routers, ASAs, WLAN controllers, and phone systems.
- Microsoft and Mac Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365, G-Suite, and other business applications.
- Data and storage management: Netapp.
- Virtual infrastructure: VMWare and Hyper-V.
- Open-source software operating system: Linux.
- Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificate authorities (CA), and System Center Configuration Manager.
