• Designs, coordinates, and executes plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing.
• Facilitates frequent meetings with engineers to clarify priorities for upcoming sprints and meet deadlines.
• Collaborates with software engineers to troubleshoot and identify solutions to complex issues.
