Education Qualification
Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience or a related field, and 2 years’ relevant experience is mandatory to apply for this recruitment. Required Experience in:
- Experience working in technology or demonstrated ability to work as a translator between technical professionals and non-technical users.
- Experience designing and delivering technology and product training. Previous software implementation experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and training best practices.
- Facilitation and curriculum design skills. Experience designing and delivering training through a wide variety of mediums (self-directed, in-person, blended).
- Experience accurately tracking assignments across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to translate concepts into images. You may or may not have graphic design skills, but you can recognize when a flowchart could replace a 1000-word description.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Experience with modern e-learning authoring tools (We currently use Adobe Captivate and Articulate 360 Suite)
- Word processing software: Microsoft Word (Advanced) and Google Docs.
- Spreadsheet software: Microsoft Excel (Intermediate) and Google Sheets.
- Design software: Adobe Acrobat skills (basic) are a plus.

- Serving as training content creator for the AASHTOWare Project software, using skills to develop and implement training.
- Collaborating with the Product Training, Implementation & Analysis, and Project Management teams to translate identified training requirements into the creation of training programs and materials.
- Developing training programs through multiple mediums (e.g., instructor-led, self-directed, blended).
- Creating engaging end-user deliverables and training resources including: quick-reference guides, knowledge articles, interactive courseware and video tutorials, training guides, and hands-on training experiences.
- Adhering to and documenting guidelines and divisional standards for training and documentation with templates, tools, and documentation styles, processes and standards.
- Designing software training to follow workflows.
- Leading instructor-led sessions as needed.
