INFOTECH Recruitment 2022 Eligibility:

The candidates should have completed bachelor’s degree from recognized University or Institution. The Applicants must have 4 years relevant experience, or associate degree and 2 years relevant experience.

Typical Duties Include:

• Assisting with planning and execution of special events, meetings, and celebrations.
• Coordinating employee outreach efforts for individual celebrations or life events (sympathy cards, retirements, baby cards, etc)
• Supporting the processing and updating of talent management paperwork and employee files.
• Managing department purchasing card, balancing monthly purchasing log and processing reimbursements.
• Monitoring inventory ordering swag and supplies for the Talent Management Department.
• Providing support for the employee onboarding/offboarding process including tasks such as i9 verification, new employee headshot coordination, creating and shipping welcome kits, coordinating employee exit paperwork, etc.
• Assisting with the planning and execution of annual Talent Management processes such as Performance Appraisals, Compensation Review, Open Enrollment, etc
