Infosys’ New Hiring – Salary Hike for Employees! Pushing back TCS, Wipro & HCL! India’s second largest IT firm Infosys is been planned to hire thousands of new employees in this fiscal year. Moreover, Infosys has decided to increase the salary of it’s employees too. According to this Infosys said that, the IT firm plans to give opportunity to the new and younger ones who are seeking jobs in IT companies. However, Infosys has already hired 15,000 new employees in the first quarter of this financial year.
And the count is expected to be higher than this throughout the year. On the other hand, while comparing the new hiring of Infosys is higher than some biggest IT giants like TCS, Wipro and HCL Tech. According to a report, in the first quarter of this fiscal Infosys has a total count of 3,35,186 employees. In the net representation, this company has added 21,171 employees. At the same time, Wipro has hired 15,331 new employees and TCS were 14,136 employees, said in the quarter report. These companies have hired nearly 50 thousand employees around.

While comparing the total number of this three IT firms are counted as 11.65 lakh by the end of the month of June. And now these companies have planned to increase the hire rating slowly and steadily. In between, TCS, Infosys and HCL Tech have found some decent attrition in the last two financial year too. Meanwhile, considering this attrition rate and due to the need of employees Infosys has planned to increase the salary of it’s employees.
