According to the source, Infosys Chief Financial Officer Nilanjan Roy stated that the IT firm will continue to focus on talent acquisition and development. Salil Parekh, CEO and MD of Infosys, stated that the company’s priority will continue on promoting its employees’ skills. He also mentioned that “Under this, we continue to focus on skilling our workforce to meet every need of customers. Along with this, the welfare of the employees is also included in our priority”

In previous days, Infosys has added 15,125 people in Q3 FY22, taking its total headcount to 292,067 employees. Recently the board a MoU was signed between the higher and technical education department of Maharashtra and Infosys. As per the MoU the IT firm will provide 3,900 skill courses from different categories. This MoU has the aim to help upto 40 lakhs students of the state to get a free skill courses in the field related to computer programming, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, finance and others.
