Job Description for Indigo Recruitment 2021:

1. Assist in the creation of a SAP Purchase Order.
2. Assist in the accurate documentation of contracts, recommendation notes, and other documents.
3. Assist with contract management in SAP.
4. Managing the SAP PR to PO process automatically.
5. If there is an ITC discrepancy, follow up with vendors for GST reconciliation.
6. Prompt completion of open purchase orders.
7. Responsible for creating SAP MIS reports on supply efficiency, caterers’ working sheets for bills, and other tasks.
8. Responsible for keeping track of all Purchase Orders created in response to Purchase Requisitions.
9. Liaising with local base teams to resolve PO-related difficulties and ensure timely GRN and, as a result, other processes such as STOs, etc.
10. Finance and business collaborate cross-functionally.
11. Assist with SAP vendor creation.
12. Maintaining the SAP Material Master.
13. Follow up with the vendor for supplies and other items.
