- Good Communication, Pleasing Personality.
- Adaptable to all weather conditions, the Place of work can be either at the Terminal or Apron.
- Efficient handling of outbound (domestic/international cargo) from the station and handling of inbound cargo arriving at the station.
- Performance Management ensures the achievement of daily targets and adherence to SLAs.
- Strong people Management & Presenting skills.
- Intra-department solid relationship skills.
- To be able to handle multiple teams like (CR, Call Centre Email Processes).
- Handling escalated, sensitive cases (when required), amicably closing with the customer.
- Target setting for the team.
