Indigo Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria & Experience Required
For Officer Post: Candidate age limit should be 18 years to 27 years is mandatory to apply for this recruitment. Candidate should be Graduates from a recognized board of university as determined by Indigo.
If at any stage prior to or during the Employment of Candidate, it is found that the requisite qualification is not completed from a Recognized Board or University as determined by Indigo, such candidate’s Offer for Employment or Employment is liable to be withdrawn or terminated.
Candidate should have 0 to 05 years experience in relevant field is preferred.
For Executive Post: Candidate should have 01 years to 08 years experience in relevant field is mandatory and should have an experience in Microsoft Office.
Desired Skills:
- Good Communication Skills, Customer Service Aptitude, and Open to work in rotational shifts, able to work under pressure.
- Airport Operations Experience Preferred.

Job Description for Executive – Pilot Admin Post on Indigo Recruitment 2021
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
- Type and process word documents as needed.
- Perform general executive duties to include
- Develop and maintain an efficient electronic filing system.
- Maintain and track requests sent by mail or telephonically by team or Pilot.
- Assist with compilation/completion of necessary reports.
- Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with company employees, department peers, and visitors.
- Any other duties assigned by the Director, Pilot Management/ Sr. Manager / Manager Pilot Admin
- Comprehensive Leave Planning, commencement & implementation of rotation programs with Pilot Induction and ensure in-depth planning to condense NA days to the maximum.
- Effective and timely Updating of pilot database, DGCA correspondence and MIS Reporting including seniority list, NA monitoring with suggestive process improvements.
