Indigo Job Description 2022:
- Participate in the IFS and AO&CS customer service training needs assessments on a regular basis.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of timely, effective, and innovative Advanced Customer Service training solutions across IFS and AO&CS to meet the above-mentioned needs (every quarter). This would necessitate training at all of the network’s stations and bases (every quarter)
- Ensure that all new hires (AO&CS) complete Basic Customer Service training within the first month of their employment.
- Ensure that Ab Intio batches receive timely and effective Basic Customer Service training in accordance with established schedules and standards.
- Participate in the development and revision of IFS and AO&CS Customer Service Procedures.
- Ensure that all training records relevant to Customer Service Training are processed and consolidated.
- Upskill and improve professional abilities in a related field.
- Through research and networking, to be aware of advancements in the field of learning (with a special focus on Customer Service).
- During the early interview phases for Cabin Attendants and Airport Operations, be available to Human Resources Recruitment.
- Complete the Grooming Train The Trainer programme successfully and support the CLD grooming team in conducting grooming audits/training across the IndiGo network as needed.
