Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring that all regulatory and internal requirements are met.
• Follow all applicable norms and standards outlined in this manual when transporting cargo.
• Meet or exceed the sales targets set by Head Quarters.
• Create and improve a distribution network, as well as provide service to it.
• Communicate with direct customers.
• Ongoing market research with an emphasis on future growth prospects.
• Gather market data on new techniques/processes as well as competitors.
• Work closely with Cargo Operations / AOCS to maximise revenue generation and uplift.
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal and external authorities who have a direct impact on the company.
• Issuing, maintaining, and retaining all operating documentation in accordance with the processes outlined in this cargo handbook.
• Ensure that you meet all of the station’s training requirements.
