Indigo Job Responsibilities 2021:

• Floating an RFQ and selecting the best bidder by compiling a comparative sheet that includes pricing, shipment location, lead time, and payment conditions.
• Evaluation and finalisation of vendors in order to procure the required part.
• Communication and management of vendors.
• Prepare and release purchase orders after the vendor has completed their work.
• Ensure that vendor invoices are processed and that relevant bills are submitted to finance on time.
• On a daily basis, prepare a tracking sheet.
• Review stock on a regular basis in close collaboration with the warehouse and inform accordingly.
• Keeping in touch with the freight forwarder / Customs Handling Agent (CHA) to ensure that customs clearance is completed on schedule.
• For irregularities raised by Stores Inspectors, coordinate with Vendors.
• To keep track of payment status and guarantee that all vendors are paid on schedule.
• On a daily basis, update the Pending Order List based on delivery status from vendors and pre-docs from freight forwarders.
• Import and export document processing
• Preparation, tracking, and governance of monthly spending reports in order to give sufficient monthly provisions for budgeting purposes.
• Maintain a month’s worth of C Check Schedules for all aircraft, as received from the C Check team, and make note of any modifications.
• Maintain a copy of contracts and track due dates on an excel sheet in order to follow-up with procurement/legal for timely renewal and to communicate with line stations, procurement, and legal for questions connected to the same.
• Maintain all records using the AMOS programme.
