Indigo Job Responsibilities 2021:
- Every hour, I will run World Tracer AHL Reports and keep an excel file.
- OHD will be used to perform matches (On Hand Bags)
- Upon receiving positive confirmation, work with airports to guarantee that baggage is delivered to customers as soon as possible.
- If no positive match is detected, contact the destination airport (where the AHL file was made) to get the bag’s current status.
- When the suitcase is ready to be delivered, make sure the airport generates a BDO.
- Update the WTW AHL file on a near-real-time basis.
- Once the baggage is declared lost, start the compensation process on the MHB portal.
- AOCS ISC/Finance should be followed up with until the compensation is approved.
- Maintain an excel file with the case’s complete logs.
- Maintain MIS on performance (KPIs)
