Indians placed Highest Count of White Collar Jobs in Past 30 Months!!! Proving Nations Empowerment. According to data compiled from LinkedIn and leading company job boards, India’s white-collar employment market had 330,000 active job opportunities in May, the largest number in the prior 30 months.

According to data compiled by specialty employment business Xpheno, the number of positions accepting applications in May was 61 percent greater than a year ago and 8 percent higher than last month’s 305,000. Prior to Covid, the average monthly number of job openings was roughly 230,000.

The opening of industries such as hospitality & tourism, manufacturing, healthcare, automotive, oil & energy, media & advertising, and telecom, which jointly put out twice as many job postings as in April, contributed to the increase in employment opportunities.Other industries, including as education, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and supply chain management, are also growing.

Despite an 11% reduction in contribution from the IT sector – which includes IT services, products, and Internet-enabled sectors – which typically drives the white-collar market, employment prospects increased in May.
