Indian Navy Vacancy Details:

Name of the Post : Sailor for Artificer Apprentice (AA) & Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR)

Total Vacancy: 2700

Artificer Apprentice (AA): 500
Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR): 2200

Age limit: Candidates should be born between 01 Feb 2000 to 31 Jan 2003 (Both dates inclusive).

Education Qualification:

Artificer Apprentice (AA): Candidate Should have Completed 10+2 examination with 60% or more marks in aggregate with Maths & Physics and at least one of these subjects (Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science) from the Boards of School Education recognised by MHRD, Govt. of India.
Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR): Candidate Should have Completed 10+2 examination with Maths & Physics and at least one of these subjects (Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science) from the Boards of School Education recognised by MHRD, Govt.of India.

Selection Process:

Artificer Apprentice (AA): The Selection Process will be based on the all India order of merit on their performance in Computer based Examination, subject to qualifying Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in Medical Examinations.
Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR): The Selection Process will be based on State wise merit of their performance in Computer-based Examination, subject to qualifying Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in Medical Examinations.

Pay Scale: Rs. 14,600/- per month

Application Fees: Rs. 205/- (except SC/ST candidates, who are exempted from payment of fee)
