There were totally 500 vacancies offered for Apprentice (AA) and 2000 vacancies offered for Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) in Indian Navy Recruitment 2022.
Indian Navy Apprentice Age Limit
For Apprentice & Senior Secondary Recruits candidate’s age should be born between 01 Aug 2002 to 31 Jul 2005.
Indian Navy Eligibility Criteria
Artificer Apprentice: Candidates should have cleared 10+2 examination with 60% or more marks in Maths & Physic. And candidates should have studied Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science.
Senior Secondary Recruits: Candidates should have cleared 10+2 examination with Maths & Physics and and candidates should have studied Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognized by Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.
Indian Navy Selection Process
- Candidates will get shortlisted based on the marks obtained in Physics, Mathematics and at least one of these subjects- Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science in the qualifying examination (10+2).
- Short listing will be carried out state wise in a ratio of four times the number of vacancies.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for written examination and Physical Fitness Test (PFT).
- Based on the performance in written exam candidates will get selected.
Indian Navy Salary Structure
Selected candidate initially paid for Rs. 14600 per month. After completed timing period candidate will get paid between Rs. 21700 to Rs. 69100 per month.

Applicants form uploaded from Common Service Centers (CSC) across the country should have to pay Rs. 60 as application fee.
