Ukraine is famous among Indian Students for pursuing Medicine. There is no NEET exam and the course is also cost efficient. In Ukraine MBBS course duration is 6 years and medical graduation must have to attend Internship period of 2 years as per FMG regulation. So it takes 8 year to complete MBBS Course in Ukraine.
As per the 2021 regulations issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC) for Foreign Medicine Graduate’s (FMG’s), a transfer from a foreign university to an Indian university in the middle of the MBBS course is not allowed as the admission guidelines. So as per that rule Students pursuing MBBS course in Ukraine can’t continue their education in India.
However, National Medical Commission hasn’t issued any update regarding this regulation. So for now the only way to complete medical course for Ukraine students is returning to Ukraine and complete their students. The crisis between Ukraine and Russia is getting serious day by day so, Students were early waiting for NMC update.
