On the Occasion of this ceremony, our Indian president Mr. Ram Natrh Govind and Prime Minister Mr. Narendra modi have to deliver the speech. This celebration is planned to take place in the parliament of India. In this ceremony, President Ram Nath Kovind will lead the celebration by give the speech at central hall of parliament and Prime Minister Narendra Modi also will give his keynote. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be attending two different events in New Delhi, the first event is at 11am in the central hall of the parliament and the other event at 5:30pm in the Vigyan Bhawan,Delhi.
