Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2022 Qualification
Age Limit
Candidate age limit For General Duty is should born between 01-07-1997 to 30-06-2001 (Both dates inclusive), For Commercial Pilot Entry (CPL-SSA) is should Born between 01-07-1997 to 30-06-2003 (Both dates inclusive) and For Technical (Mechanical, Electrical/ Electronics & Law) is should born between 01-07-1997 to 30-06-2001 (Both dates inclusive)is mandatory.
Education Qualification and Required Experience
Assistant Commandant (General Duty)
Candidate should hold a degree of recognised university with minimum 60% aggregate marks is necessary.
Commercial Pilot License (CPL-SSA)
Candidate should have passed 12th class or equivalent with physics and mathematics as subjects with minimum55% aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics.The candidates who have completed diploma are also eligible, provided they should possess an aggregate of55% marks in diploma with physics and mathematics in its curriculum.
Technical
Candidate should hold an Engineering degree of recognized university in Naval Architecture or Mechanical or Marineor Automotive or Mechatronics or Industrial andProduction or Metallurgy or Design or Aeronautical or Aerospace with minimum 60% aggregate marks.OR Equivalent qualification in any of the above disciplines recognised by the Institutes of the Engineers (India)as exempted from section ‘A’ and ‘B’ and their associate membership examination (AMIE).
Law Entry
Candidate should have a degree in Law from a recognized university with minimum 60% aggregate marks.
Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2022 Salary
Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for the above mentioned vacancy is Rs.56100/- to Rs. 225000/- Per month from the respective board.
ICG Recruitment 2022 Selection Process
The selection of Officer Recruits is based on an all India order of merit which is based on the performance of candidate in various stages (I – V) of examination, which is CGCAT, Preliminary Selection Board (PSB), Final Selection Board (FSB), Medical Examination and Induction.
The result of each stage of selection procedure from Stage-I to Stage-V can be accessed by login to the candidates account on ICG website. The result of the online examination at Stage-I will be announced tentatively within 30 days.
