Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2022 Qualification

• Candidate age limit for Civilian Motor Transport Driver is not exceed 27 years, and Sarang Lascar & Engine Driver is not exceeding 30 years is necessary, he/she should possess (10th Standard Pass) Matriculation or equivalent (Certificate of competency as Sarang from a Government recognized Institute or equivalent) is necessary, and must possess valid driving license for both heavy and light motor vehicle is necessary for Driver vacancy.
• Two years of experience as Sarang-in-charge of a Vessel of twenty Horse power.
• All applications received from the candidates will be scrutinized subject to the eligibility criteria and necessary documents and the admit cards will be issued to the shortlisted candidates for document verification & appearing in the written examination, shortlisted candidates for Engine Driver &Sarang Lascar is Pay Level-4 of the pay matrix and Civilian Motor Transport Driver: Pay Level-2 of the pay matrix).
• Applicants are to enclose with the application a separate self-addressed blank envelope with Rs. 50/- postal stamp (pasted on the envelope).
