ICG Important Instructions 2021 for stage 3 preparation Of Navik (GD) and Yantrik Candidates: Due to an increase in COVID 19 cases in the second wave of the pandemic, the conduct of Stage II Examination has been postponed for the CGEPT 02/2021 batch, which will result in a pause in the issuance of an e-admit card for Stage III Examination. For Navik(GD) and Yantrik applicants, the probable date for reporting at stage III is early/mid-August 21. For Navik(DB) candidates, the most likely date for reporting at stage III is early/mid-October 21.

Regardless of their selection for Stage III, all candidates shortlisted for Stage II Examination are advised to prepare the required documents for Stage III in advance, as the time gap between receiving an e-admit card for Stage III and reporting to INS Chilka for Stage III may not be sufficient to prepare the required documents.
Without waiting for nomination / e-admit card for stage III, all candidates shortlisted for stage II must prepare the following documents for stage III: Original papers, as they were submitted in the application form, 03 photocopies of all original documents that have been properly self-attested, 30 passport size colour photographs that have been submitted with the submission, and other documents.
Candidates should begin preparing the documents right away, and they must have all of the necessary documents mentioned in para 3 above when reporting for Stage III. There will be no consideration given to requests for extra time to prepare documents. Non-compliance with the above instruction would result in the non-availability of documentation at stage III, as well as the cancellation of the candidate’s candidature due to paper deficiencies.
